1. For the reservation that has been booked for more than 1 week: 3 days prior to arrival the cancellation accommodation is to be 100% charged

2. For the reservation that has been booked at short notice:

                 2.1 reservation 3 days before arrival: Up to 2 days before arrival is the

                       Cancellation free of charge from then 100% charge

                 2.2 reservation 2 days before arrival: Up to 1 day before arrival, the

                        Cancellation free of charge from then 100% charge

                  2.3 Reservation 1 day before arrival will be charged 100%

 3. For special bookings, e.g.

                  3.1 More than 30% of pension

                  3.2 Meetings

On the day of your departure, you have time to pack your luggage till 10 o´clock and prepare for your journey home. If you leave Klosterneuburg or/and Vienna only later we can store your baggage upon request in the meantime, so that you can relax and enjoy your remaining stay in Klosterneuburg and/or the Viennese metropolis. Kindly place a corresponding request 24 hours in advance.
